名前の由来は、イギリスの俳優でコメディアンの Sir Billy Connolly。 低めの天地幅、丸みのあるスクエア型で少し肉厚なフレーム。 トップブリッジはなだらかで、太さ9.3mmの少し膨らみのあるノーズブリッジが特徴的なデザイン。

フロントのビューティーマークは六角形のリベットを使い、フレームカラーに応じてゴ ールドとシルバーの2色がある。
